But often times, Federal Web teams find themselves bogged down in indecision or struggle to set Web policy and standards that stick. During this one day workshop you’ll learn about proven strategies for creating a decision-making framework, getting senior leadership support and arming yourself with tools to effectively govern your agency’s Web presence.

We know that a successful Web presence is about more than just a well-designed Web site. It’s about the people and processes managing the content, funding and resources behind the scenes. And with constantly changing technologies and business goals, it can be hard to keep your Web presence—and your Web team—ahead of the curve.

That's where we come in. We have the right balance of technologic know-how, academic wisdom and in-the-trenches business experience to create a plan for managing every aspect of your Web program.
